Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing BHK Property. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for Property Listing Fees, Service Charges, and Real Estate Token Money.

1. Listing Fees & Subscription Plans

Refers to payments made for listing properties (e.g., 1 Month to 12 Months plans).

  • Double Payment/Technical Error: 100% Refundable. If you were charged twice for the same listing due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
  • Listing Rejection: Listing fees are generally non-refundable if your property is rejected by the Admin for violating our terms (e.g., fake photos, incorrect details).
  • Active Listings: No refund is provided once a listing is approved and live on the website, even if you choose to remove it early.

2. Real Estate Token Money

  • Non-Refundable: Token money paid to lock a deal (Buy/Rent) is strictly non-refundable if the buyer/tenant backs out.
  • Disclaimer: It is the sole responsibility of the user to check and verify all legal documents through their own legal advisors. All decisions regarding the property must be made using the user’s independent discretion.

Request Process & Timeline

To request a refund for eligible items, please email us with your Transaction ID and Property ID.

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any documents, and we are not liable for any third-party government fees (including Stamp Duty and Registration charges) once paid.
